Shifting

Shifting is a visual artwork that examines subtle, accumulative change—how small, repeated gestures transform the body, perception, and sense of time. Using the body as both subject and material, the work explores movement within stillness through moving image, collage, and durational framing, where shifts in posture and position become markers of internal and external evolution. Created during a period of personal and geographic transition, the piece reflects transformation not as rupture, but as a quiet, ongoing process shaped by lived experience.
