New Year, Still Black was our time to celebrate 2019 as proud, black creatives! Works from artists of color were displayed throughout Frost Gallery, attendees created multiple communal murals, chilled out in curated lounge spaces, enjoyed silent film all powered by the energy brought on by 3 talented DJs. A star attraction of the event was the Dome of Serenity – a small greenhouse built for folks to reflect with written resolutions affirmations to set the tone for the year.
